The world agreed to the Sustainable Development Goal of ending Tuberculosis by year 2030, in a Political Declaration during the United Nations High Level Meeting on TB. India ambitiously envisions to achieve this target of TB Free India, five years ahead of the World TB Eradication Target, i.e. by the year 2025.
The Indian Government, through its various programs is actively engaged in TB eradication and community support. However, there is a large section of community that finds it difficult to complete the medication tenure required to completely cure TB. Lack nutritional supplement poses a great hinderance in gaining physical strength to fight the disease.
We are working to help support the nutritional supplement program by providing food supplies to those in need. We began with taking responsibility to blocks in Mathura district and aim to help India achieve its target of TB Free India by 2025.
